Advance Sales and Reservations – During the Fringe we don’t take credit card sales over the phone - however, you can contact the Fringe Box Office (details above) to purchase tickets using this method. We will, however, take a reservation that you can then collect and pay for in person just before the show.
Reserved tickets can be collected prior to the show's performance. If tickets have not been collected with less than 5 minutes remaining to the commencing of the performance then the performing company reserve the right to treat these tickets as returns and resell them on.
Late Entry – Although this is up to each individual show, we will generally not admit people to most of our performances later than 5 minutes after the show starts. If you have purchased tickets from the Fringe box office and arrive later than the advertised starting time of the performance then we reserve the right to refuse entry to that performance.
Refunds – Performing companies retain their own box office receipts on a show by day basis therefore any queries regarding ticket refunds need to be directed to the performing company. Refunds for tickets purchased from the Edinburgh Festival Fringe box office must be collected directly from the Fringe.
