Technical Team

Would you like to join our vibrant and busy team at the Fringe's busiest and most diverse venue? We're looking for committed, enthusiastic, and capable technicians to work in our close-knit production team from Friday 27th July to Monday 27th August 2018. You'll be an integral part of a busy Festival environment with 18 performance spaces. We require working knowledge of technical theatre, whether it’s lighting, sound, stage management or any other aspect, an awareness of public safety and an ability to feel comfortable communicating with the public, performance companies and each other!

We pride ourselves in our quality of technical services, so the role is perfect for developing technicians who want not only to progress and learn but also to add to their CV working at the most diverse venue at the largest arts festival in the world. You'll be in good company, our alumni include an array of theatre professionals who've gone on to work within the industry on some of the world's largest shows.

Our roles include no overnight shifts and days off to enjoy your own Fringe as the 'audience' to maybe see some of our 400 shows across our venues! We supply you with clothing kit, offer very good staff discounts on food and drink across our venues, and provide a fun environment to meet like-minded people to enjoy the Fringe in work and play.

If you’re interested, please email us with your CV. Make sure you include any relevant theatre experience (including any amateur/voluntary work) and any experience you have of working with the public. If you have any relevant qualifications or training (e.g. first aid) this should be mentioned too. Please e-mail our crew chief at
