Brothers Broke When Judas Met John
Influenced by the meeting of Bob Dylan and The Beatles, Irish duo Brothers Broke compare, adapt and perform a bluesy fusion of songs by both artists. This casual and engaging 40-minute show compares the like-minded and socially conscious lyrics of Dylan and The Beatles, in particular, Lennon. The duo modify and present the songs in a blues style with tight sibling harmonies and explain how Dylan and Lennon's influences of music and verse impacted the young brothers in their early teenage years in Northern Ireland.
