Ubu

Ubu's a nasty piece of work. Shakespeare, surrealism, and the 21st century collide in an energetic exploration of greed, corruption, and girls who like boys who like taking over Poland. Inspired by an avant-garde classic, expect sex, thugs, and toilet roll. Awful Pie Theatre make their Fringe debut with a new play revitalising Alfred Jarry's controversial 'Ubu Roi' (1896).
