In 1961, brassy Yorkshire housewife Viv Nicholson scooped the equivalent of more than £5m on the football pools. When a reporter asked her what she planned to do with her new fortune she said 'I'm going to spend, spend, spend' - exactly what she did! Viv became a household name while her rags-to-riches and back-to-rags story took her through five husbands, fast cars, booze and bankruptcy. Based on her true story, this raunchy, exhilarating, award-winning musical is about the comedy, the tragedy, and the love story of the legend that is Viv Nicholson.
