Our box offices at our venues in Edinburgh will open on Wednesday 4th August 2011 at 09:00. They will close at 23:30 on Saturday 27th August 2011.
Calls are charged at local rate from a BT landline, mobile operators may vary.

Ticket information
Advance Sales and Reservations – During the Fringe we don’t take credit card sales over the phone. Please contact the fringe box office to purchase tickets using this method. We will, however, take a reservation that you can then collect and pay for in person just before the show. Most of our box offices are cash only, so ensure you bring enough!
Reserved tickets can be collected from 20 minutes prior to the shows performance. If tickets have not been collected with less than 5 minutes remaining to the commencing of the performance then the performing company reserve the right to treat these tickets as returns and sell them on.
Late Entry – Although this is up to each individual show, we will generally not admit people to most of our performances later than 5 minutes after the show starts.
Fringe Box Office – If you have purchased tickets from the fringe box office and arrive later than the advertised starting time of the performance then we reserve the right to refuse entry to that performance.
Refunds – Performing companies retain their own box office receipts on a show by day basis therefore any queries regarding ticket refunds need to be directed to the performing company. Refunds for tickets purchased from the Edinburgh Festival Fringe box office must be collected directly from the fringe.
