A long, long time ago, in a fairy-tale kingdom called the Nicola Empire, the young Prince Nicholas was a clever, innocent and sensitive child with an unconventional head shaped like buttocks. After the death of the king, Queen Sophie, fearing her son would be ridiculed by others, issued a No Laughing decree. People lived in a serious and oppressive environment every day until the appearance of a beautiful foreign blind girl changed everything…The work is produced by Serena Wang, written and directed by Angela Dou.
